At Batiora Farm Fresh, customer satisfaction is our priority. All our products are made with care using natural and traditional methods, and we ensure every item is delivered with the highest quality. However, in the rare event that something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
✅ General Policy
- Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests except under specific circumstances outlined below.
- We encourage customers to report any issues within 2 days of delivery by emailing seva@batiora.com with necessary details (listed below).
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours, and we promise to work with you to find a fair and prompt solution.
📦 Eligible Cases for Replacement or Exchange
We allow replacements/exchanges in the following cases:
Damaged Product
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- Email must include:
- Order number
- Invoice image
- Outer package image
- Clear product images (minimum 2)
- Unboxing video showing the damage
- We will replace the damaged item after verification. Only the affected product will be replaced in case of multi-item orders.
Missing Product
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- Email must include:
- Order number
- Invoice image
- Outer box image
- Clear photos of all items received
- Unboxing video showing all received products
- Upon validation, we’ll promptly resend the missing item.
Spoiled Product
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- Email must include:
- Order number
- Packaging/manufacture date visible
- Images or video clearly showing spoilage
- Please note: We do not accept returns due to variation in taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as our products are 100% natural and handcrafted, and minor variations are a sign of authenticity.
- We’ll investigate and offer a fair resolution, including a replacement if spoilage is confirmed.
❌ Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Cases
- Products used or not in original condition
- Complaints made after 2 days of delivery
- Variations in color/texture/taste due to natural preparation
🔄 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only if not yet shipped.
- If cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
