Story of Purity and Tradition

Batiora means Bati’s essence — a tribute to our native village Bati, located at the confluence of Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan, and Barsana. This region, known for its serene charm and deep-rooted agrarian traditions, inspires everything we stand for: purity, honesty, and nourishment, delivered straight from our soil to your kitchen.

The journey began when Meera Yadav, raised amidst the simplicity and richness of this land, began sharing her farm-crafted mustard oil with family and friends. Made the traditional way — through cold pressing, without chemicals or shortcuts — her oil quickly won hearts for its rich aroma, golden hue, and natural goodness.

Seeing the genuine response, Meera shared her thoughts with Narayan Hari Yadav and Arvind Yadav. All three, hailing from farming families and having spent years in the corporate world, understood how rare it is to find food that’s truly pure, trustworthy, and nourishing.

Together, they discovered a shared purpose: to bring authentic, high-quality food products to a wider audience — people who crave honest nutrition but lack access to brands they can trust. United by this mission, they joined hands to create something meaningful — a brand rooted in heritage, shaped by tradition, and committed to well-being.

And so, Batiora Farm Fresh was born.

Guided by our belief — “Pure Soil, Pure Harvest” — we remain devoted to time-honored practices that preserve the flavor, nutrients, and integrity of every ingredient. Every drop, every grain, and every jar carries the quiet richness of our home and the authenticity of generations past.

The Braj Legacy — A Purity Passed Down from Mathura & Vrindavan

The land of Braj—which includes Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan, and Barsana—is not just a region, but a timeless symbol of purity, simplicity, and abundance.

For centuries, this area has been renowned for its rich dairy heritage: makhan, ghee, milk, and more—celebrated in stories passed down through generations.

In every tale from Braj, food is more than mere nourishment—it is an expression of love, care, and devotion. And it is this very spirit of clean, honest, naturally made food that still lives on in the villages here—especially in Bati, the heart of our story.
