मीठा गुलगुला | Sweet Wheat Fritters

🧾 सामग्री (Ingredients):
🥣 1 कटोरी गेहूं का आटा
🍚 ½ कटोरी चीनी
🥛 1 छोटी गिलास दूध
🌿 1 चम्मच सौंफ
🥥 1 छोटी कटोरी नारियल बुरादा
🧂 ½ छोटी चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा
👩🍳 बनाने की विधि (Steps):
🔸 Step 1: घोल तैयार करें
🌀 आटा, चीनी, सौंफ और नारियल बुरादा को एक बर्तन में मिलाएं।
➕ धीरे-धीरे दूध डालते जाएं और गाढ़ा घोल बनाएं।
⚡ अब बेकिंग सोडा डालकर अच्छे से मिलाएं।
⏲️ घोल को ढककर 30 मिनट के लिए रख दें।
🔸 Step 2: तलना
🔥 कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करें।
👀 तेल गरम होते ही आँच धीमी करें।
🥄 चम्मच से थोड़ा घोल लेकर धीरे-धीरे तेल में डालें।
🍯 गुलगुलों को धीमी आँच पर सुनहरा और कुरकुरा होने तक तलें।
