🍫 Homemade Chocolate Cake Recipe

👩🍳 Steps to Make:
1️⃣ Mix the wet ingredients
🧈 In a large bowl, combine ghee, sugar, and buttermilk. Mix using a spatula or hand beater until smooth.
2️⃣ Sift the dry ingredients
🥣 In another bowl, sieve together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
3️⃣ Combine wet and dry
🌀 Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Use the cut-and-fold method or beat for 3–4 minutes until the batter is smooth.
4️⃣ Add flavoring
🧪 Mix in essence and vinegar. Stir gently.
5️⃣ Prepare for baking
🔥 Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes. Meanwhile:

Grease your mould with oil/ghee

Line with butter paper

Pour in the batter

Garnish with 🍫 chocolate chips or 🥜 dry fruits
6️⃣ Bake
⏲️ Place the mould in the preheated oven (lower rod on).
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
7️⃣ Test & Enjoy
🧪 Insert a toothpick — if it comes out clean, your cake is ready.
